Preschool education is important in fostering children’s holistic development and learning. A recent collaborative effort between the World Bank and the Ministry of Education (MOE) in Malaysia, titled the “Shaping First Steps” report, sheds light on the country’s preschool education landscape through a comprehensive review.

The report aims to identify opportunities for improvement and promote positive changes in the preschool education system.
